• Must be 18 years old(rifles) and 21 years old(hand guns) to participate and meet all federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies for ownership of displayed firearm.

• Raffle award winner is responsible for ALL fees associated with firearm transfer.
• Failure to claim prize within 30 days following the live drawing or failure to meet the legal requirements of ownership will forfeit the raffle and the prize will remain property of the Leitersburg Volunteer Fire Company with no refunds provided.
