IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Must be 18 years old (rifles) and 21 years old (hand guns) to participate and meet all federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies for ownership of displayed firearm.
• Maryland residents must have HQL for handguns.
• If required, Firearm transfer will be performed by

• Raffle award winner is responsible for ALL fees associated with firearm transfer.
• Failure to claim prize within 30 days following the live drawing or failure to meet the legal requirements of ownership will forfeit the raffle and the prize will remain property of the Leitersburg Volunteer Fire Company with no refunds provided.
• Winner will be sent an email at the provided email upon completion of the live drawing.

Leitersburg Volunteer Fire Company and its members are not responsible for failure of raffle winner to meet the legal requirements associated with ownership of the firearm nor shall be responsible for any actions taken upon the receipt of the firearm.
